Some guidelines
Those who are:
more than 40 years old - book mammogram
less than 40 years old - book ultrasound breast
Do not apply talcum powder.
For mammogram, examinations should be conducted during the 10 days after your menses if you are of child bearing age.
If you have any lumps, it is better you consult a doctor to get a referral letter before you make the appointment.
For any report that is not normal, consultation by a doctor will be suggested. You are to consult a doctor to have the report explained to you.
