In Cash Donations
For Cheque donations, please make cheques payable to SATA CommHealth and send attention to: Community Services, 351 Chai Chee Street, Singapore 468982. Please indicate your Name and NRIC or Passport number and mailing address on the cheque.
For GIRO or Credit Card donation, please download and fill up the Donation Form and send it back to us via post to Community Services, 351 Chai Chee Street, Singapore 468982. Alternatively, please call Community Services Department at 6244 6688 or email us at community@sata.com.sg if you would like us to send you the form with a return stamped envelope. |
