    5 mins: Welcome & Intro
    5 mins: Warm Up (Mobility exercises)
    5 mins: Strength
    5 mins: Balance
    5 mins: Cardiorespiratory
    5 mins Cool Down (Flexibility Stretching)
    10 mins Single Assessment: Sit-to-Stand
    5 mins: Conclusion

    Chair-based/regression will be shown for all exercises. 2 exercises per component, incorporating simple items from home, with 5 mins buffer.
