Health Screening

Family Health Screening Services at SATA CommHealth in Singapore

Health Screening @ SATA CommHealth

Health screeningΒ is vital to detect diseases, many of which do not produce early warning signs. These silent killers include diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and even cancer.

We offer subsidised health screening packages in Singapore, including preventive medical services and wellness checkups, to ensure early detection of health issues.

Many chronic illnesses do not appear overnight but as a result of neglect of the general well-being of one’s health. One such common cause of death in Singapore is heart attack. Contrary to popular belief, heart attacks do not happen only to older, overweight men with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Fainting spells, chest discomfort, sensation of fast or irregular heartbeats while exercising are some indications that there may be an underlying cardiac disorder.

Check Your Eligibility

Screening recommendations may vary based on age, sex, existing medical conditions, and your most recent screening date. If you are exploring a government-supported screening pathway, eligibility and available tests may also depend on prevailing national programme criteria and clinic availability.

Before Booking, It May Be Helpful To Review:

Your Age Group

  • whether you have any existing long-term medical conditions
  • when you last completed similar tests
  • whether you need a clinic package or a nationally supported screening option

Who This May Suit:

  • adults planning routine preventive checks
  • individuals due for age-based screening
  • people monitoring long-term health risks with their doctor

Recommended Tests By Age And Sex

The tests that may be recommended can differ by age group, sex, health history, and prior screening records.[1] Screening is intended to support early detection and timely follow-up where appropriate.[3]

What may be recommended at each life stage

Adults aged 25 to 39 : selected screening may be advised depending on personal risk profile
Adults aged 40 and above : cardiovascular risk screening may become more relevant
Women at recommended ages : cervical and breast screening may be discussed where appropriate
