Healthier SG is an initiative by the Singapore Government that aims to transform the way healthcare is delivered to all Singaporeans. Shifting from reactive to delivering preventive care, Healthier SG will partner individuals to family doctors to create a customised health plan with healthy lifestyle recommendations based on the person’s health profile.

Your first health plan consultation with our family doctors at any SATA CommHealth Clinic you choose is free. You will also receive free or subsidised nationally recommended vaccinations.
We provide affordable common chronic medication for CHAS cardholders. There is also co-payment with Medisave for a hassle-free payment after consultation.
Earn HPB Healthpoints on your Healthy 365 app and access community programmes to stay active and healthy. Healthpoints can be exchanged for vouchers. (e.g. NTUC FairPrice)

When you enrol with a participating clinic, you may receive support from a regular family doctor, a personalised Health Plan, and access to selected programme benefits based on prevailing eligibility criteria.
Your chosen doctor can work with you over time, discuss your health needs, and support your preventive care journey.
Your doctor may develop a Health Plan with you based on your current health, medical needs, and personal health goals.
Your first Health Plan consultation and subsequent annual check-ins are fully subsidised under the programme.
Eligible Singapore Citizens may receive special subsidies for nationally recommended screening tests and vaccinations, subject to prevailing criteria and guidelines.
After completing your first Health Plan consultation, you may receive Healthpoints through the Healthy 365 app.
For some CHAS, Pioneer Generation, and Merdeka Generation cardholders with higher medication needs, additional medication support may be available at the enrolled clinic under the Chronic Tier framework.
For services outside the programme scope, prevailing clinic fees may apply. Eligibility for screening, vaccinations, and medication support depends on current national guidelines and individual circumstances
After you enrol with your chosen clinic, your first visit is where you and your doctor begin planning the next steps for your health journey. This first consultation is fully subsidised under the programme and is used to develop your personalised Health Plan.
Your doctor may begin by discussing your current health, medical needs, past history, and any concerns or goals that are important to you.
Based on your discussion, your doctor may work with you to create a Health Plan that reflects your health profile, lifestyle, and practical next steps.
Your plan may include conversations about lifestyle changes, health goals, and whether recommended screening tests or vaccinations are appropriate for you.
Annual check-ins help review your progress, update your plan where needed, and support a more consistent long-term relationship with your chosen clinic.

Residents aged 40 and above with chronic illnesses and who are already seeing a Healthier SG-registered general practitioner (GP) for consultations on their chronic conditions are invited to pre-enrol from May 2023 onwards. Your existing GP will reach out to you at the clinic to enrol.
Singapore citizens and permanent residents aged 60 years and above will be invited to enrol at a Healthier SG clinic in July 2023. An SMS invitation will be sent to your mobile phone to enrol.
For those aged 40 to 59 years, SMS invitations will be sent to your mobile phone progressively.

Healthier SG national enrolment programme:
Residents aged 40 and above with chronic illnesses who are already seeing a Healthier SG-registered GP for chronic conditions will be invited by your existing clinic to enrol onsite.
Those aged 60 and above will receive an SMS invitation to enrol. Those aged 40 to 59 years, SMS invitations will be sent to your mobile phone progressively. Registration will be done via the Healthy 365 application. You will also need access to your SingPass on your mobile smart phone.

Once you’ve completed your Healthier SG clinic enrollment, you can book your first free Health Plan consultation with the clinic you have chosen.
After completing your onboarding health plan consultation with your family doctor, you will receive 3,000 Healthpoints through the Healthy 365 app. You can exchange these Healthpoints for vouchers from participating merchants (e.g., NTUC FairPrice). You can earn Healthpoints through various community activities that you can take part in through the Healthy 365 app on your mobile smart phone.
Singapore residents can also receive free nationally recommended vaccinations and health screenings.
