In celebration of SATA CommHealth’s 75th Anniversary, we will be giving away a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) to any donor who donates $10,000 and above. There will be a total of 8 different NFT designs to be given away, in 2 launches. It will be on a first come first serve basis, and each successful donation will be entitled to one NFT. Comprising different colour themes of flowers, SATA building, human elements and instruments, the designs encapsulate the essence of happiness, celebration and the multi-racial community SATA CommHealth has served since tuberculosis days in the 1940s.
The different colour schemes are the representation of hope and new beginnings. Through the designs, we hope to create a lasting memory that SATA CommHealth is Here To Care for the community; from then to now and beyond.

How to get the SATA CommHealth NFT in 5 steps:
Step 1: Donate $10,000 and above. We accept credit card using this “Donate” link.
Step 2: Donors will be notified by SATA CommHealth.
Step 3: Set up/Log in to MetaMask Wallet (Click here for instructions).
Step 4: After we have transferred the NFT to you, head to OpenSea.io and log in with your Metamask ID.
Step 5: Viola! Your NFT awaits you.
