In response to the current situation in Singapore and to protect the health and wellbeing of our patients in our medical centres, SATA CommHealth has implemented precautionary measures to limit the number of visitors from entering the medical centre premises. Thank you for your kind understanding and appreciate your support while we stay vigilant and safe.
Advance Care Planning service is available at our Bedok, Jurong and Potong Pasir Medical Centres.

You can obtain a queue request before visiting our medical centres via SATA Mobile Application.
How to obtain a queue number:
- Download SATA APP (IOS / Android)
- Select the medical centre location under âFavorite Clinicâ tab
- Select Queue Request
After obtaining a queue number:
- Arrive at the clinic within an hour upon receiving the queue number via SATA app
- For AM clinic â customer/patient is encouraged to arrive by 11am (if unable to arrive within an hour)
- Avoid break time at the medical centres between 12.30noon – 1.30pm
- For PM clinic â customer/patient is encouraged to arrive by 4pm (if unable to arrive within an hour)
- Proceed to triage point for formalities â to inform triage staff that you have obtained a queue number from SATA app
