Run out of your medications? Have flu and don’t want to queue at a clinic?

We provide a digital healthcare service where patients can have a video consultation with our doctors and nurses via SATA App. Through tele-consultation services in Singapore, we are able to assist you with common acute and stable chronic healthcare conditions. Where appropriate, our doctors may prescribe medication and provide medical certificate and/or a referral letter for further management.

Medication fees will apply separately.  $6 for delivery of medicines.
You can make payment via Credit/ Debit Cards or PayNow after the tele-consult.

*CHAS (Orange, Blue, MG, PG) cardholders will have additional subsidies.

Download SATA app at Apple Store or Google Play Store and allow the mobile app to send notification to have video-call with our doctor.
