SATA CommHealth offers a wide range of recommended vaccinations for statutory check-up, travel and general well-being of the individuals to protect against common diseases.
Vaccinations offered at our medical centres include those with regard to Influenza or flu, Typhoid, Anti-tetanus, Chickenpox, Hepatitis A&B, Human Papillomavirus (HPV), Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR), Pneumococcal, Shingles and Yellow Fever. The flu vaccination can be an effective method for preventing influenza virus infection for the more common southern and northern strains and its potentially severe complications.
Certain vaccinations are recommended for all persons with chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, heart and pulmonary diseases and for the well-being of elderly people above 65 years of age. Some vaccines are unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding women and it is advisable to avoid pregnancy for three months after most vaccinations. Do consult our doctor if you wish to receive a particular vaccine.
