Book your e medical visa appointment for Australia and New Zealand through SATA in Singapore.
E-Visa appointments are available at both Ang Mo Kio and Bedok Medical Centres.

Preparation to follow for Australia E-Medical

Documents to bring:

1. Original Passport (Mandatory).
2. Referral letter (with HAP ID number) – in hard/printed copy
3. No fasting required.
4. Bring prescription spectacles or contact lens (if applicable).
5. Be presentable for a digital photo-session at the clinic.
6. Bring existing specialist and other relevant medical reports for known medical conditions, any previous chest x-rays, and medications, if available.
7. Any access difficulties and noting that a full physical examination will be undertaken requiring them to undress to underwear.
8. Breast examinations required for female 40 years old and above.
9. Bring Immunization records (Child aged less than 10 yrs. old, required to bring the Health Booklet/ immunization records.)
10. TB test -719 will depend upon consultation and assessment by the panel doctor based on patient’s conditions, e.g. TST or IGRA test. TST test-applicant is required to come back within 72 hours for second reading.

*** For female patient – Please note that you would need to change to a dressing gown as you wait for the Doctor, who will do a full physical examination. If you feel uncomfortable, please do bring a jacket to wear over the dressing gown until you see the Doctor.

Documents to bring:

1. Original Passport (Mandatory)
2. Document (if any) – in hard copy
3. No fasting required
4. Bring spectacles or contact lens (if applicable)
5. Be presentable for a photo-session at the clinic
6. Bring existing medical reports for known medical conditions, any previous chest x-rays, and medications
7. Any access difficulties and noting that a full physical examination will be requiring them to undress to underwear
8. Breast examinations required for female above 45 years old
9. Bring Immunization records (Child less than 10 years old, required to bring the Health Booklet/immunization records)
