SATA Commhealth provides lifelong healthcare in the community, through preventive and primary care via our medical centres as well as mobile services for those who are vulnerable. For our disadvantaged elderly consumers, we provide home care and integrated social and healthcare, so they can age in place and with dignity.
Currently, 200,000 consumers are serviced by our eight medical centres in the heartlands of Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Boon Lay, Jurong, Potong Pasir, Tanjong Pagar, Tampines and Woodlands, our Community Health Centre in Jurong East for eye and diabetic foot screening as well as our mobile services that consist of Mobile X-Ray units, Mammo-On-Wheels (mobile mammography service) and Doctor-On-Wheels. The Fernvale Community Hub currently serves the elderly living in rental flats in the vicinity through talks and healthy lifestyle activities.
In 2017, SATA CommHealth contributed $3.2 million to support the community with a comprehensive range of services that included preventive health screenings, health education and promotion, subsidised medical care, financial assistance schemes and mobile medical services.
We continue to strive to uphold our mission of “Promoting lifelong health, Serving the community”
