| Appointed Charlotte was appointed a director of SATA CommHealth in June 2020. She is the chairperson of Audit & Risk Committee (since June 2020) and a member of Governance & Nominating Committee. Current/Past Occupation Charlotte has almost 30 years of diversified assurance experience from working in Hong Kong, New York, Shanghai and Singapore. Charlotte is an assurance Partner at PwC with clients mainly in technology, media, entertainment and healthcare sectors. She is also PwC Singapore’s Corporate Responsibility Leader & Asia Pacific Diversity & Inclusion Leader. Current/Past experiences with Charities/Corporates Charlotte was a member of Management committee of H.O.M.E. for 2017 and 2018. She is Treasurer for MCST 1930 from 2017 to present.
