Shailesh is a Managing Director (Global Leader of Executive Compensation & Board Advisory practice) at WTW. He specialises in business strategy, human capital, and sustainability issues.

Current/Past experiences with Charities/Corporates

Shailesh is a member of the Governing Council of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), member of the Global Governing Board of Climate Governance Initiative, and serves on the Boards of leading companies and non-profits.
